- 50% deposit due at time of booking. Balance is payable 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations
During any cancellation, a $250 non-refundable fee will be charged in addition to:
- 150-90 days prior to arrival - money received is 80% refundable
- 45-89 days - prior to arrival - money received is 40% refundable
- 44 or less days prior to arrival - total amount paid is non-refundable
In all cases , if the condo is rebooked for the same dates and at the same rate, you will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable cancellation fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
We hope you don't have to cancel but sometimes circumstances change.
We recommend you obtain trip cancellation insurance with your own provider prior to your departure.
